Workshop on Pre-Primary Foundation Years (ECCE)(Session2022-23)

A workshop on Pre-Primary Foundation Years was organised at Heritage School under the aegis of Tata Class Edge. The aim of the workshop was to prepare early childhood educators for handling the most fragile and most challenging age group.
The resource person, Ms. Monica Dhir, an expert in merging pedagogical knowledge with an understanding of classroom dynamics and deep industry insight, began the workshop with developmental stages of subconscious & conscious mind of a child from 6 years to 14 years.The workshop included varied activities that the teacher can perform in her classroom scenario to enhance learning by a child.
In his vote of thanks the Principal appreciated the excellent presentation and expressed confidence in his staff to incorporate the new learning to further enhance their methods.
