Heritage School organized an impactful Career Counseling and Motivational Talk designed to illuminate the career paths of its students. The programme took place on November 25, 2023, catering specifically to students from classes 9 and 11.
The event featured the esteemed presence of Mr. Arvind Mahajan, Administrative Officer of Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIM Jammu). Earlier, he was HR Head Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Katra. Mr. Mahajan is a distinguished career counselor, mentor and coach, known for empowering numerous students and professionals to realize their professional aspirations.
During this enlightening session, Mr. Mahajan conducted Psychometric Tests aimed at evaluating the aptitude and abilities of students concerning various career options. This holistic approach was aimed to provide personalized guidance for each participant, shedding light on their most suitable career pathways.
